Popularly known as Sangam Nagari and Kumbh City, Allahabad (Prayagraj) is a religious pilgrimage town in the state of Uttar Pradesh. According to the Riktantra, he was the fourth grammar-spokesperson after Brahma, Jupiter, and Indra. He had gained knowledge of grammar from Indra. 7: Allahabad Fort
